If you would like to utilize reporting to credit
bureaus as a collection tool for your accounts, you have the
option to do so. BC&C reports to all three major credit
bureaus: TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. Patients are
given 30 days after you place the account with us to pay the
balance in full before they are reported to the credit
bureaus.

If you should authorize the filing of a suit against a delinquent patient, we will work with you through every step in the professional pursuit of your fee for services rendered. Berks Credit & Collections, Inc. has its own legal division, operating under general counsel Gary R. Swavely, Jr., Esq. In order to accommodate clients outside of Pennsylvania, BC&C holds membership with several referral programs that put us in connection with lawyers chosen for their distinguished experience in debt collection.
