Recently, an issue has risen with web browsers, such as Moxilla Firefox 3.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0, that is preventing users from viewing their Client Auditing accounts. The error message states that we have something wrong with our security certificate. We have verified with our certificate publisher, VeriSign, that there is no error. A new feature has been enabled in the web browsers for extra security verification of a website. This feature creates an extra step in verifying the security certificate, when it does not get a response by default, it revokes the certificate. Most certificate providers are not associated with this new process/server. As a result of this, some users are getting an error while trying to view their Client Auditing account. Listed below are the solutions to fix this for both Mozilla Firefox as well as Internet Explorer. Thank you for your patience during this time. If anyone continues to have any problems with their Client Auditing, please contact our Client Services department at (610) 916-7200 ext. 1000. |
